🧠 Study

Learning how to study is something no one actually teaches you. There are methods, that are evidenced-based, that improve the way we study to make us more efficient with our time. They also can reduce the amount of stress we experience.

Methods
- Anki method

✍️ Notes

Although note taking is actually proven to be one of the least effective ways to study, they do act as a way to hold information for reference. Here are the notes I took in medical school, use them as you please. somethings in there are taken from other sources and I've tried to reference/credit as much as possible.

Med school notes
- Paediatric Summaries

Flash cards are extremely useful in actively trying to recall your knowledge. With the use of google sheets and a free web app called Quizlet here are the same flash cards I used to pass medical school and post grad exams.

🖥️ Slides

Putting yourself in the presenter's point of view is another way that has shown to improve information retention. I use these slides for formal and informal teaching.

🎈Apps

I learnt how to code during the COVID lockdown and now make apps/websites as a side business. I taught myself the skills, tools and technologies to be able to call myself a full-stack developer.
- Advanced: UI/UX design, Google sheets, Notion, Glide, HTML, CSS
- Intermediate: VSCode, Python, Django, Git, Heroku, API integration
- Beginner: SQLite, AWS, Flutter
Use my Glide referral link to get started with no code development and we both get extra features.Drop me an email if you're interested and I'd love to help. Check out some of my work below...
